Fong-caak gung is a famous chinese "robin hood" type character.F ong-caak gung means coppy robber in Cantonese and thats just what he does. He immitates a persons appearance and mannerisms, then he either kills them or kidnaps them so he can replace them and take all their possessions. Before the Major events of sombrero Nero's life he was contacted by a man he calls "money". "money" bought his entire village and threatened to burn it down if he didn't come to Mexico with him and kill Sombrero Nero and tarnish his good name. Fong-caak Gung lats Sombrero Nero call him fong even though he knows S.N. doesn't speak. he is the original owner of the "death" Sandals, and they have the power to stop any moving object in it's tracks and can absorb any impact force. fong has a pipa on his back which is an old style chinese guitar with 4 strings. it's mainly used to help mimic Sombrero Nero's appearance but it also has a blade along the bottom so that it can he used in combat as well.
